# API Documentation | Key Real Estate Capital

## API Documentation

A public, read-only JSON API that exposes the loan program information already published on this website.

### Purpose

The Key Real Estate Capital API lets people, applications, and AI agents read the same loan program information that appears on [keyrealestatecapital.com/loan-products](https://keyrealestatecapital.com/loan-products) in a structured format. It contains no customer, borrower, application, employee, or internal system data.

### Base URL

### Authentication

None. All endpoints are public and unauthenticated. No API key, token, or header is required or accepted.

### HTTP methods

**GET** only. The API is read-only: there are no POST, PUT, PATCH, or DELETE operations, and no way to write data.

### Response format

Every endpoint returns UTF-8 JSON with `Content-Type: application/json; charset=utf-8`. Successful responses return HTTP 200. Unknown paths return HTTP 404.
