## Maruschka Biess

Associate Account Executive

Maruschka Biess is an Interdisciplinary Engineering student at Florida International University, bringing a diverse background in account management, project management, and real estate-related consulting to Key Real Estate Capital. Since 2017, she has worked in national, international, and luxury account management, developing strong skills in client relations, business development, negotiation, and communication.

She previously served as a Project Manager at an engineering consulting firm, where she coordinated building safety inspections, CAD drawings, ESA and PCA reports, permitting, and property research while working closely with real estate agents, investors, contractors, municipalities, and building departments. As a homeowner and someone currently pursuing both her CAM and PE licenses, she understands the value of real estate investment and is passionate about helping clients build long-term success through strong relationships, professionalism, and transparent communication.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and German, Maruschka enjoys connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and building meaningful professional relationships. Outside of work, she enjoys rock climbing, spending time with animals, and other active outdoor activities.
