Key Real Estate Capital ("KREC") does not send, support, or authorize unsolicited bulk email, and sends all commercial email in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act and other applicable law. This policy governs all email that references or promotes keyrealestatecapital.com.

1. Lawful, Identified Sending

KREC's commercial email is directed to businesses and individuals in the real estate finance industry — brokers, borrowers, and investors.
