As a Sales Development Representative at Key Real Estate Capital, he works directly with real estate investors to identify financing opportunities and connect borrowers with lending solutions tailored to their investment objectives. Eric is actively involved in the San Diego real estate community through organizations including NAIOP San Diego and the SDSU Real Estate Society. Through his academic studies and industry involvement, he continues to develop expertise in commercial real estate finance, investment analysis, and capital markets. His focus on relationship-building and market knowledge allows him to help investors navigate financing options for acquisitions, refinances, and growth strategies.
