Jess McStravick

Jess McStravick is a full-cycle senior account executive and private lending specialist with more than a decade of experience translating complex financial solutions into clear, confident decisions for real estate investors. At Key Real Estate Capital, she originates business-purpose financing across DSCR, fix and flip, bridge, ground-up construction, land, and commercial deals — owning each relationship from the first discovery call through funding.

Before joining Key, Jess founded Vault Lenders Brokerage in Boulder, Colorado, building a national network of borrowers, lenders, and broker partners and matching every deal to the right capital source and terms. Her background also includes Senior Account Executive roles in private lending at Unitas Funding and Fidelis Investors, and Director of Strategic Partnerships at Gravity Payments, where she drove over $5M in annual recurring revenue through consultative, executive-level selling. A former founder who built and successfully exited her own company, Jess has lived the entrepreneur's path her clients are on.

A graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, she is a Certified Private Lender Associate (American Association of Private Lenders) and Certified Private Lender Broker (Aspire Real Estate). Outside of work, Jess is a decade-long volunteer with Conscious Alliance, a partner with One Tree Planted (helping plant 10,000+ trees), and co-founder of Envision Festival Costa Rica.
