Sam Elwood brings a hands-on background in real estate investment and acquisitions, with experience sourcing, negotiating, and closing residential and commercial investment opportunities. Prior to joining Key Real Estate Capital, Sam worked in real estate acquisitions, where he led sales efforts focused on identifying off-market opportunities, analyzing potential investments, and negotiating transactions with property owners and investors. His experience in wholesaling and fix-and-flip transactions gives him a practical understanding of real estate from an investor’s perspective, including deal structure, property valuation, and the importance of speed and certainty when securing an opportunity. With a strong background in sales and negotiation, Sam focuses on understanding each client’s investment strategy and helping them identify financing solutions that align with their goals. At Key Real Estate Capital, Sam works with real estate investors to navigate financing for acquisitions and investment projects, bringing an investor-minded approach to each transaction. Outside of work, he enjoys surfing, working out, running, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
