Sylvia Barrios brings more than three decades of mortgage lending and private capital experience to Key Real Estate Capital, where she serves as Senior Account Executive supporting brokers, investors, and real estate operators with business-purpose financing — including bridge loans, fix-and-flip funding, and short-term private capital lending. A licensed California real estate broker (DRE #01061732, NMLS #904670), she has served as a wholesale Account Executive for leading private capital and Non-QM lenders including Pacific Private Money, Newfi Wholesale, and Unitas Funding, and spent over 15 years as a managing partner and broker-owner of her own mortgage firm — giving her a rare perspective from both sides of the lending desk.

Sylvia specializes in helping developers, investors, and self-employed borrowers navigate complex financing scenarios, from structured debt and capital stack design to DSCR and bank statement programs. Based in Southern California with deep broker relationships across San Diego and Orange County, she's known for cutting through the noise — matching the right capital to the right deal, the first time.
